ASI Lean Six Sigma Team:
ASI has constructed an experienced Lean Six Sigma team from successful Industry and Government Lean Six Sigma deployments. Industry experience includes Fortune 500 companies such as Steel Case, PPG Industries, Boeing and General Electric.
ASI staff includes Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts and Black Belts that know how to get sustainable results. ASI’s current effort with the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) continues to bring impressive results in customer satisfaction.
ASI is currently providing Master Black Belt support in assisting in leading the deployment of Lean Six Sigma certification for AMCOM. This includes providing material, instruction and mentoring to over 100 Green Belts and prospective Black Belts. ASI also holds a Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.
