Mark Winghart
Mark Winghart serves as vice president of technology and logistics for Analytical Services Inc. He is responsible for leading the planning and execution of the ENCORE contract for technical and information technology support to the Army Targets Management Office and the Cruise Missile Defense Systems, Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance support.
Winghart joined ASI in 1998 as a systems engineer providing systems engineering and technical assistance support to the Targets Management Office. As a systems engineer, he provided analysis of various corporations’ abilities to manufacture targets and created a process for helping various users develop their target requirements. He also provided systems engineering and integration for the development and fielding of a Reconfigurable Electro-Magnetic Expendable Target, the development of a Smerch surrogate, and an aerial and infrared target.
Prior to joining ASI, Winghart was a systems engineer providing systems engineering and technical assistance support to the Targets Management Office for Coleman Research Corporation. During his time at Coleman, he provided systems engineering support for integrating the design and fabrication of the BMP3-S program and directed team member efforts to earn successful BMP3-S preliminary design and critical design reviews. Winghart received the U.S. Army STRICOM Commander’s coin for outstanding contributions made in the development of the BMP3-S target.
Winghart holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a master’s degree in systems engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
