Professional Development

ASI offers a variety of professional enrichment opportunities for employees. One example is Compass, a professional development program that features informative speakers, networking opportunities and an idea exchange forum. The program is geared toward management and leadership training for young professionals, but is open to all ASI employees.

ASI’s Technical Fellows program recognizes employees for outstanding technical and professional achievements. Employees selected as ASI Fellows have demonstrated dedication and excellence in engineering, technology, business and science.

Family

ASI has received multiple awards recognizing the company as a family-friendly place to work. The company offers flexible work schedules, generous personal leave and an employee assistance program that covers family members. Employees’ families are welcome at designated company events, including picnics, costume contests and holiday celebrations.
