Don Carver
Don Carver serves as vice president of business solutions for Analytical Services Inc. He leads business and proposal development efforts to expand the company’s ability to support Army, space and missile defense initiatives.
Carver joined ASI in 2010. He brings over 25 years of experience in government and contractor activities. He has directed programs and led business development activities, including oversight of operations on prime contracts in excess of $200 million and 25 active contract tasks valued in excess of $40 million. He has managed over 90 personnel in support of these contract efforts.
Prior to joining ASI, Carver was the director of missile defense technologies for CSC. During his time at CSC, he directed programs and led business and proposal development activities for missile defense technologies and other engineering solutions opportunities. He served as the program manager for the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance contract, Concepts and Operations for Space and Missile Defense Integration Capabilities contract, C4SIR Operational Management contract, Engineering and Technical Services contract, and the Space and Missile Defense Initiatives Support contract supporting the Space and Missile Defense Command and the Missile Defense Data Center.
Carver is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps and is Acquisition Level III Certified. He is also a member of the National Defense Industrial Association and the Association of the United States Army.
Carver holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Alabama.
