And Then Some

Most anyone who has been involved with ASI knows about the company’s And Then Some philosophy. It’s a philosophy that defines our corporate culture and sets ASI apart from the competition.

It’s an attitude that separates average and top-notch professionals. It’s striving for excellence and focusing on attention to detail.

It’s treating people with respect. It’s going the extra mile with a smile.

How It Began

The And Then Some philosophy came to life at ASI when company founder and former president Irma Tuder read an article about a college student asking a powerful businessman to share his secret to success. The businessman surprised the student when he said he could sum it up in three words—“And Then Some.”

Those three words encapsulated the founding president’s vision for ASI to be a company of integrity, going beyond expectations, achieving excellence and recognizing that everyone is important.

And Then Some quickly became more than a tagline as employees embraced a culture of respect and going above and beyond to meet the needs of customers, coworkers and the communities where we live and work.

Ethics

ASI was founded on principles of honesty and integrity. In the federal contracting marketspace, that translates to ethics. ASI has built a reputation as an ethical business. That’s largely due to ASI’s determination to keep its promises and commitments to every customer, partner and employee. Recognizing the significance of ethical behavior when serving our country as a government contractor, ASI has a toll-free ethics hotline to receive any concerns or issues and quickly resolve them.
